  • Treats Massage Employees Poorly



    Got a great massage the other day by a wonderful massage therapist but I felt so sorry for him. When it came time for him to pack up I assumed Soothe tipped him as that's what their website states, "No Tipping Necessary', We Take Care of That For You." I thought how could that policy be as the massage was only $99. I have to say that I feel asleep and didn't answer the door until 15 min's past the time of our appointment. He told me, that's okay Soothe makes us agree to waiting 30 minutes leeway but it can be a problem sometimes with my other job if... More...
